Photo An Hour: March 6, 2014

I attempted to do a photo an hour post back in January (check it out here), but it just turned into "a day in photos" because of my lame timing and horrendous organizational skills. So, I tried again last week with much better success! Here is the result of a wonderful day at school.

7 AM - Cup of coffee to tame the morning beast.

8 AM - Waiting for the bus to take my little one to daycare.

9 AM - Killing time before my Astronomy class.

10 AM - Astronomy class time! (The planetarium is fucking fantastic!)

11 AM - Class is over and I'm admiring the displays next to the bathroom.

12 PM - View from the overpass between buildings that I walked through to get lunch.

1-3 PM: In Watercolor class for a preliminary critique.
(Sorry couldn't take pictures!)

4 PM - Omg it's Metalsmithing class time!

5 PM - Finished the heart on the left, still assembling the mystery object on the right.

6 PM - Classmate Tim is doing neat stuff to his metal!

7 PM - Left the Arts building in time to see this gorgeous sunset.

I usually get home around 7:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a picture from the bus ride back home. Cameron and Lilah were there at the door step to greet me. :)

  1. Aw! She's so cute!

And I really like the heart piece from your metal class! That'd make a GREAT brooch!

  3. Sounds like a busy day! When I was going to school full time I used to try and jam all my classes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays if I could. It was hard to keep going sometimes, but only being on campus two days a week was worth it! And can I just say I LOVE how you have an awesome display like that in your school?!! With fossils?!! That would get ruined/stolen in a heart beat at my school.
